California Integrated Waste Management Board Grant
In 2008, the City of Clovis was awarded a $98,643 grant from the California Integrated Waste Management Board's Rubberized Asphalt Concrete (RAC) Chip Seal program. The City utilized this grant to install 98,643 square yards of rubberized asphalt concrete on various local streets throughout the city. This project diverted a total of 5,309 California waste tires.
