• Scope of Work: The installation of landscaping and irrigation at various locations on the north and south side of Ashlan Avenue and on the west side of Armstrong, south of Ashlan, to the Gould Canal.  Construction activities include, installation of exposed aggregate concrete.  The irrigation system includes irrigation controllers, backflow preventers and electrical connection.

CIP 09-40,  Bullard / Villa Left-Turn lengthening

• Location: The eastbound left-turn lane on Bullard Avenue to make a northbound move onto Villa Avenue is to be lengthened.  
• Scope of Work: The project involves the removal and reconstruction of the median island.  The landscaping and irrigation system will be remodeled by creating tree wells.  The median island cap will be replaced by exposed aggregate concrete cap.
